How long does setup take?

Most customers are up and running in 24 hours. CSV upload is instant. Native POS / CRM integrations (Square, Mindbody, Shopify, etc.) take ~10 minutes. Brand voice training takes 5 minutes — paste in 3-5 examples of how you talk to customers and we calibrate.

What systems do you integrate with?

Square, Mindbody, Acuity, Calendly, Shopify, Stripe, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Mailchimp — and any system that exports CSV. We're adding new integrations every month based on what customers request.

Will my customers know it's AI?

That's up to you. Our messages are drafted by AI but written in your voice — most read as "from the business" naturally. You can require human approval before send (Solo tier), let them auto-send (Studio/Enterprise), or always disclose AI use. Per CA SB 942 we make it easy to comply with AI disclosure laws if your jurisdiction requires it.
